Our Shipping & Return Policy
All orders placed are shipped Monday by 5pm. Any orders placed thereafter will ship the following business day. We do not process or ship orders on weekends. All Sales are Final however, exchanges are allowed within 3 days of receiving your shipment unless otherwise noted. Tracking number must be provided within 72 hours. Once received you will receive an email to confirm your exchange of choice, an invoice for return shipping, and/or store credit.

How long will my eyelash extensions last?
Lash extensions last through a full growth cycle of natural eyelashes, typically six to eight weeks. That said, because each person's lash growth is somewhat variable (just hair growth), I suggest light lash maintenance every two to three weeks to maintain a full look.
How do I take care of my lashes?

After your lash service, keep your lashes dry for 6 hours.

Avoid face masks, shampoo and conditioners from coming in contact with your lashes.

Avoid swimming, steam rooms and saunas for 48 hours.

Avoid rubbing your eyes.

Do not use facial wipes, and oil or cream-based cleansers. Avoid cleansing waters that are moisturizing or with added emollients.

Do not use eyelash curlers.

Do not wear any mascara or gel eyeliners.

Use a water-based makeup remover.

Brush your lashes daily to keep them neat and tidy.

Clean your lashes daily with a foaming lash cleanser to remove any facial oil, make-up residue and dirt.

To maintain the fullness of your lashes, we recommend a refill every 2-3 weeks.
